Description

Mental health hygiene, resilience, protecting your wellbeing & identity has never been more important! We shouldn’t have to wait until crisis to access the depth of knowledge regarding our mind, body and soul.

Veronica Habieb is a behavioural Specialist with a decade of in-community experience as well as personal and cultural lived experience. With a double Major in Cognitive Neuroscience & Health Psychology alongside Social & Developmental Psychology, Veronica aims to ensure knowledge of bio-psycho-social wellbeing is accessible & open to discussions to prevent misinformation and wellbeing malpractices throughout our communities and vulnerable groups.

The BioPychoSocial framework that Veronica has developed across the last 4 years was inspired by her time working in the recovery, prevention and rehabilitation unit in St. James as well as her 10 years of community outreach support with our most vulnerable groups

Most recovery and wellbeing programs struggle to include the full trifecta of wellbeing and only focus on the biological, sociological and psychological aspects with complete disregard to spiritual and soulful nourishment.

This crash course includes our most powerful units:

• The 7 Powers Of Consciousness (derived from the development of a child’s consciousness)

• Social Engineering, Consumption & Identity

• Confidence and Creative Identity

• With Creative embodiment learning depending on choice popularity within the sign up list
