If you work in a sector where you can share information, collaborate on supplier agreements and leverage procurement and contract management activity from each other, this course is for you. Think Councils, Education, State Government. This course equips participants with a set of tools and techniques to assess whether collaboration is suitable and how to navigate through the many issues to deliver a collaborative procurement event. Training will demystify collaborative procurement and provide a structured approach to managing collaborative opportunity identification and competing requirements.
