Sound Bath in the Bell Tent ⛺️ < Sat June 28 @4pm >

In need of some gentle winter energetic nourishment and relaxation? ✨

Come and get cosy and calm with a hour of some soul soothing sound in a magical Bell Tent in Quinns Rocks! ⛺️

Using instruments including crystal and tibetan bowls, chimes, gong with a mix of nature sounds - let the sound waves vibrate through your body, shifting stuck energies and inviting deep cellular resonance in your physical and energetic field. This sound symphony is intended to create an energetic balance in your body and chakra alignment, inducing a deep meditative state and inviting deep relaxation. (..Some people fall asleep.. and that is absolutely ok! )

Groups are capped at 8 people so each person can experience the sound as an intimate exchange with maximum benefit.

Oracle cards and refreshments are on offer afterwards.

When? :         Saturday June 28

Time? :          4 - 530pm 

Where?:        St Barnabas Blvd, Quinns Rocks (exact number given on confirmation) 

What to bring?: Pillow, eye mask, blanket (as can get cold in winter) .. and an open heart ❤️ 

What’s provided?: thick ground mats, bolsters, oracle cards and refreshments on offer afterwards
