Sound 4 Hounds - 27 December

A gentle community based sound and meditation session at Gibson Park Community centre in Padbury. Ticket sales are flexible to accommodate your budget.

Any donations made are contributed to the Fugitivez campaign - 100k for SABBR dog rescue.

Ticket sales pays towards the hall hiring, the facilitators time and equipment maintenance.

Settle in for an hour of meditation and immersive sound using crystal bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. Sound meditation can support relaxation, quieten a busy mind, and encourage deep meditative state. You may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, emotional release or you may even fall asleep.......snores mean you have reached expert relaxation level :-)

What to Bring

• Yoga mat, foldable chair, or a cushion to sit on

• Pillow and Blanket

• Water

• Ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound

• An open mind and heart

• Leave the dogs at home please donate to SABBR rescue via the donations tab.

Timing

11 am find a spot and make yourself comfy, toilet

11.10 am doors closed and locked and briefing

11.15 am Session starts

11.15-12.15 pm Sound Meditation

12.15 Session closes

Suitable for ages 16+ no previous experience is required

Free parking available

Please obtain medical advice/clearance from your GP before attending if you have;

• Cardiovascular conditions'

• Pregnancy

• Surgery within the last 6 months

• Recovering from a blood clot or any other serious medical conditions.
