SESSION: RELEASE

This session is a powerful sound journey designed to support the processing of emotional blockages that may limit our ability to feel and live fully. The session employs a dynamic frequency progression, beginning with deep theta activity at 4Hz, rising to 40 Hz in the gamma range to stimulate cognitive and emotional integration, then gradually descending back to 4 Kz. It stabilises at 8 Hz in the alpha range to promote relaxation before concluding at 16 Hz to foster mental alertness.
