Our August meeting offers a space to host a special guest, Cindi Young
Cindi Young is a highly qualified naturopath with over twenty-four years industry experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and postgraduate studies in women’s health, weight management, clinical testing including heavy metal testing, live blood screening and bioimpedance testing.
She has extensive experience running two busy clinics on the Gold Coast & in Northern NSW. She is a highly experienced practitioner with a focus on evidence-based medicine. She brings together traditional understandings alongside comprehensive information gathering, including patient assessment, and testing.
Cindi completes a range of testing as part of her practice including pathology testing, in-house (if local) and functional testing (completed at home), depending on what the needs of the patient. This allows Cindi to create the most personalised treatment plan based upon assessment of the patient and test results. From here, you can expect to experience the benefits of naturopathic, nutritional and herbal medicine alongside dietary and lifestyle advice that is right for you.
She is an experienced practitioner with a special interest in:
· Hormone imbalances for men and women, including testing for hormones, thyroid and adrenal issues, fatigue and mental health
· Digestive issues including bloating, food intolerances, indigestion, Irritable Bowel including testing for parasites, bacteria and underlying digestive issues
· Healthy Ageing, including assessing DNA testing, methylation and cellular health analysis to improve optimal ageing
· Weight management support. Cindi is an accredited Metabolic Balance Coach
