Event description

We are pleased to invite you to Cowell Clarke’s sixth annual National Agribusiness Summit.

Cowell Clarke have a long history of acting in the agribusiness sector and are excited about assisting our clients with the opportunities and challenges ahead. We work closely with accountants and other professional advisers as well as large and small scale producers to support business, families, succession and growth.

This half-day webinar focuses on key trends and issues accountants and other advisers in the agribusiness sector need to know. We’ll provide you with insights on specialised tax and revenue law issues including:

• the Division 7A practical issues and planning opportunities arising from the recent Bendel decision;

• recent tax trends in the industry, such as landholder duty acquisitions; and

• the tax issues concerning energy projects.

In addition, property and employment law specialists at our firm will be presenting on renewable energy deals and the new wage theft laws in the context of agribusiness.

We’re also excited to be joined by guest speaker Ben Fletcher from CBRE’s Agricultural team. Ben will provide insights drawn from his extensive industry knowledge of debt and structured finance in the agribusiness sector.

Registration: Click the Buy Tickets button to register. The fee covers a registration for all team members with your firm, within one location.

We look forward to joining you online for our 2025 National Agribusiness Summit.
