Enjoy a day of eco-crafting in beautiful surroundings and led by two skilled and knowledgeable artists.
- Designed to give you space to relax into creativity in small groups with one on one assistance.
- Learn techniques for recycling paper into beautiful, plantable seed paper cards and gifts. Seed paper is handmade paper with seeds that will grow when planted.
- We will demonstrate paper recycling techniques and then make a collage multimedia card with seed paper hearts and stars.
- Enjoy meeting new people at the Kooralbyn Community Centre in the natural surrounds of the Scenic Rim.
- Coffee or tea plus cake is included. Gluten free available.
- We have two experienced creative tutors on hand to make sure your experience is fun, friendly, informative, and relaxed.
- Our class sizes are strictly limited to ensure everyone gets one on one attention during the workshop.
- This workshop is for people aged 16 and over
About the facilitators
Sharon Dunne is an eco-craftivist who uses various techniques including paper making, crochet, and jewellery making. Her business Loop N Stitch celebrates the hand-made and the beautiful, underpinned by her eco-friendly ethics.
Tamara Playne is a visual artist and teacher working with mixed media including paper, paint, inks, print, ceramics, lanterns, photography, video, and text. She has been running community workshops in all media for over 25 years. Her purpose is to encourage joy and connection for everyone.
