Guided Nature Therapy Walk

Stop and breathe, smell the scents in the air, fill your lungs with the
healing properties of phytoncides that the trees produce and connect
with the calmness of the water that surrounds Crams Farm.

I visited Crams Farm and I immediately felt the peace and calmness of this area.  We will have the opportunity to sit in the Hoop Pine forest and breathe in their aroma.  Then we will stroll around the area where I will offer you a couple of invitations to deepen your relationship with nature. 

This walk ends with a Tea Ceremony and snacks, which is a lovely way to conclude our time in Nature together.
