Creative Flow Workshop

Imagine stepping into a space that's not your typical Sip & Paint or a formal women's circle. Once a month, we welcome you to our Creative Flow session in Brisbane and surrounds. 

This is a unique gathering for women of all ages, blending the vibrant energy of a girl's day out with genuine connection, minus the haze of alcohol. Here, laughter and meaningful conversations take centre stage in a supportive, nurturing environment.   

Our space is a sanctuary where you can move, create, uplift and inspire one another. It's about finding common ground away from the daily grind, a haven for connection, relaxation, friendship, and crafting. Let’s ignite that spark of creativity within you, not as an artist, but as a creativist. Think of creativity as a playground for your mind – it's not about the end result but about the joy of playing with ideas and sensations. It's about the process, the experience, and the sheer pleasure of creating something from nothing and connecting with like-minded people.

We'll start off with a short process of easy-going breathwork and movements to awaken your senses and creativity. It's like a little hello to your soul, telling it to come out and play! We'll then spend the majority of our time being creative using different paints, pencils, inks and materials. We aim to do something different each time at our monthly gathering.

Set some ‘me time’ aside and join us for a morning dedicated to rediscovering your innate creativity, sparking engaging conversations, and embracing the joy of being a creativist. Morning tea will be available to keep us refreshed and energised and all materials and tools will be supplied.  

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are priced at $120 each and I'd love for you to bring one friend for free (or you can split the cost and pay $60 each). If you are attending by yourself, the ticket price will still be $120. If you are bringing a friend, please mention this during checkout and let me know their name.
