Join us for a restorative Sound Healing session centered around high-vibration Crystal Singing Bowls.​As the crystalline sound waves wash over you, they help shift your body into a deep state of rest, releasing stored tension and bringing harmony back to your mind and spirit. No prior meditation experience is needed—simply lay down, listen, and let the sound do the work.

What to expect:

• Grounding & Breathwork: The session typically begins with guided breathing or a gentle visualization to help transition your mind away from everyday thoughts and into a calm state.​

• The Sound Journey : You lie down quietly with your eyes closed as the practitioner plays quartz crystal bowls. These bowls are struck and rimmed with mallets to produce steady, overlapping tones. The sound shifts slowly in volume and pitch, creating an immersive, multi-layered acoustic

• environment.​Integration & Grounding : The sound gradually fades into complete silence. The facilitator will give you time to rest in the stillness before gently guiding you back with subtle sounds (like chimes) and soft instructions to wiggle your fingers and toes before sitting up.

• Deep Relaxation & Parasympathetic Shift: The rhythmic, continuous frequencies help slow down brainwaves—moving from active Beta states into relaxed Alpha and Theta states—which slows your heart rate and quiets mental chatter.​Physical Sensations: It is common to feel subtle tingling, gentle warmth, or a mild sensation of weightlessness or deep heaviness in your muscles as tension releases.
