Event description

Geshe Tenzin Zopa is returning to the Blue Mountains late August for a three day teaching. We invite you to join us for this exciting event. There will be general workshops on the first day in which we will explore how Buddhism can help during these difficult times. Geshela will present practical techniques such as meditation to help us cultivate calm in the face of adversity.

A Tara Retreat will be held on the second and third day. Tara is an important female bodhisattva in Buddhism. She is often referred to as the 'mother of all Buddhas' and 'Tara the liberator' as those who request help, find solace in her.
