Explore the SCAPE Public Art Season 2024 artworks with Richard Aindow, SCAPE's Executive Director.
On this free walking tour, you will get unique insights into each of the season artworks as you enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of central Ōtautahi Christchurch.
Hear an inside view about the art, the artists, and the sometimes bumpy road from initial concept to installation.
The walk traces a loop, starting at Hotel Montreal and ending at the Botanic Gardens (Rolleston Ave).
It covers approximately 4km. Allow 1.5 hours. Please wear comfortable footwear and dress for the weather.

Meeting point: Outside Hotel Montreal. If travelling by car, please use public parking in the vicinity, not the hotel carpark.
