Dads Raising Boys is a free, 2.5-hour online workshop for dads, fathers, and father figures of boys of all ages.

    This practical and supportive session helps strengthen the father-son relationship and explores ways to support boys as they grow and develop into young men.

    • How to support your son’s emotional development and self-regulation

    • The importance of play, connection, and quality time between dads and sons

    • How to promote resilience and wellbeing in boys and young men
