Dancing Freedom Dance Ceremony

What is Conscious Dance:
Conscious Dance is a fun and freeing way to explore movement in a supportive, drug and alcohol-free environment. It’s a space where you can dance without judgment or pressure, simply letting your body move as it wants to.

I absolutely love creating uplifting, soul-inspiring beats that make you want to move, groove, and let go! The music is carefully curated to guide you through an energizing journey inspired by the elements of nature, Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Each track invites you to connect with your body, emotions, and spirit as you flow through the wave of rhythms.

Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected. No dance experience is necessary. Bring your curiosity and your love for music and movement!

What to Bring:

• A water bottle 
• A blanket or shawl for comfort during still moments
• A pillow or cushion for sitting comfortably during meditation and circle time
• Comfortable clothing for ease of movement

Event Flow:

1. Arrival: Enter the space, find your place, and settle into silence as we begin in stillness.
2. Opening Circle: We’ll come together to connect and set intentions for our journey.
3. Grounding Meditation: A brief moment to check in with your body, bring awareness to the present, and tune into what’s alive within.
4. Dance Journey: Experience an hour of movement through the elements, guided by music and your body’s innate wisdom.
5. Closing Circle: Reflect, share if inspired, or simply rest in presence as we complete the ceremony.
