Date Night: An Evening of Conscious Connection for Couples

Join me for an evening dedicated to fostering deep connection in a creative and heartfelt way.

Inspired by a desire for deeper connection with my own partner during these cosy winter months, when options for date nights are limited and the couch beckons, I've curated a special evening to guide couples toward meaningful connection.

Our evening will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing us to immerse in the energy of the heart and the love we share with our partner. Following this, we will flow into a couples yoga practice designed to promote physical connection. This session is beginner-friendly, ensuring no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Afterward, we will engage in guided conversation with our partners, setting intentions and discussing what we may wish to release from our relationship. We will then transition into a Reiki Sound Bath session to support these intentions and facilitate release. The energy of the full moon will guide us, enhancing our ability to let go of what no longer serves our connection.

This evening is designed to be a comfortable, safe, and inclusive space for all couples, even if it feels a bit outside your comfort zone.

Spaces are limited to 5 couples to maintain intimacy. The cost is $55 per couple.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle.
