I am a Mistake Maker, Ages 6+, $80

Does your child get easily frustrated when things don't go perfectly? Our I Am a Mistake Maker half-day workshop is a fun, creative space where kids learn to embrace imperfections and build confidence. Kids will use their hands to explore resilience and problem-solving using clay and drawing. They will learn how to reshape and rebuild their creations—and their mindset—when things don't go as planned. Your child will leave with a greater sense of confidence, a growth mindset, and some wonderful art to remind them that making mistakes is simply part of being a creative, resilient person.

Change of Venue: Please note that at very short notice we have had to relocate our venue for this class. The class will now be run at our temporary venue inside the northern doors of the Floreat Forum center mall (just beyond "Subway") Our tenancy is second on the left next door to "House". Our sign will be out the front!

Note: if your child is 5 and a half and is able to work independently with minimal supervision they are welcome to attend.

Want to book a full day? If you sign your child up for both a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day, we'll supervise them during the lunch break, providing a full day of creative fun. between classes at no extra charge. Simply book both a morning and afternoon session, pack their lunch, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door
