What to Bring & Know Before You Book
The space provides yoga mats, blankets, and cushions for your comfort. However, the floor can feel firm, so you're welcome to bring an extra mat or anything else that helps you feel supported. We also recommend bringing a journal for reflection and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
