This month we are bringing out the crystal singing bowls along with hands on energy balancing to help you release negativity and any other heavy emotions that you have been experiencing. We will also weave in a guided meditation to support your inner alignment with your own north star and building strong bonds with others and with your own innate ability to access your infinite abundance. There are always solutions available when your heart and mind are open and you can end old cycles anytime.

In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal.

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event.
