Enhancing Leadership in the Social Service sector | Online series
Event description
Building on the success of the inaugural Enhancing Leadership series held last year, Te Pai Ora SSPA are excited to invite a new group of leaders to join together in 2025. The Enhancing Leadership series is for established social sector leaders to extend leadership craft, nourish hauora, and build whanaungatanga across the social sector.
These unique, tailored workshop sessions will offer a fabulous line-up of Kaitiaki, all well-established leaders in their own fields, guiding participants through a mix of presentation, sharing frameworks and philosophies, group engagement through peer-to-peer facilitated discussion, as well as workshopping real-life experiences.
The series will comprise of six online sessions, starting and ending with a whanaungatanga session to build the collective leadership and to develop a community of practice after the end of the series. The number of participants is limited to 15 in the cohort and we recommend that leaders attend all 6 sessions. This format is intended to encourage mahi tahi, networking and the development of a supportive group.
