    Event description

    Explore a range of different interpretative objects across a timeline from Australian dinosaurs, to megafauna, to today’s animals.

    This session features:

    • A life-sized Muttaburrasaurus skull and leg;
    • A Diprotodon skull cast, and footprints artwork;
    • Koolasuchus cleelandi, an ancient car-sized amphibian and Victoria’s State Fossil emblem;
    • Artwork of Thylacoleo to scale, as well as a cast of a Thylacoleo skull;
    • Australian animal taxidermy from the Museums Victoria collection (koala, platypus, echidna, a range of birds, and more!)

    This hands-on experience is enriched by knowledgeable Museum Educators who are available to answer any questions participants might have.

    Please book for everyone attending this session, including adults/parents.
