March 22nd - Taste of Love Day Workshop MELBOURNE
Event description
Tantra Day Workshop: Happily ever after? ... With yourself and other.
The Dance of Connection: A Somatic Exploration of Interdependence, Independence & Co-Dependence
In Tantra, true fullness comes from within.
To cultivate a strong sense of centeredness, we must first develop an inner wellspring of stability and presence. From this place, we can expand into connection, engagement, and observation of the external world—rather than constantly drawing from it for happiness, security, or a sense of wholeness.
Many of these practices are designed to increase awareness and shift our perception—of ourselves, our relationships, and the external world. This day is ideal for anyone looking to bring more balance into the dynamics of giving and receiving, whether in relationships, work, family, or within themselves.
We all have strong, resilient parts that hold up a façade, and softer, vulnerable parts that need support.
This workshop seeks to harmonize those internal dynamics, allowing for deeper relaxation, ease, and clarity. As we move into this more resourced state, we will explore interconnection and boundaries—learning when to uphold them and when to consciously let them dissolve.
Ultimately, this work is about returning to the basics—attuning to what is happening deep within and strengthening the areas that need support, so that our interactions and relationships can shift into greater alignment. Many spiritual traditions emphasize that self-inquiry and inner healing are essential before we can fully step into our human experience.
Tantra invites us to fully embrace our physical incarnation—a journey that, while brief, is an opportunity to experience the dance of life and spirit. Through these practices, we cultivate a sense of peace, fulfillment, and deep presence, reducing our reliance on external validation or material possessions. Instead, we find contentment in the simple rhythms of breath, sensation, connection, and solitude—a profound homecoming to ourselves and to each other.
