Full Moon Sound Bath

Full Moon Sound Bath for March, this months sound bath will focus on the Mind-Body connection, ensuring we have the opportunity to come back to earth and ground ourselves after this supercharged full moon. 

Lisa will guide you through a grounding sound journey using a range of instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Drum, chimes and more. While focusing on beats and rhythms to re-connect with the earths heart beat. Allowing the beautiful vibrations from these instruments to help relax, let go and embrace the wholeness of your being.  

Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.
