The ‘Feel It Fully’ Process, developed by founder Julz, is designed to show you how to release emotional and energetic blockages that keep you stuck and stagnant. Here, you’ll get to experience the power of the process.

What Makes This Experience Special

This is your opportunity to connect with the true power of conscious breath—a practice that has the potential to radically shift your perception, heal emotional wounds, and open the door to expanded awareness. You’ll engage in a dynamic breathwork technique that stimulates the release of DMT (the “molecule of consciousness”), guiding you into altered states where healing can happen on a deep, cellular level.

In this safe, supportive space, you will be able to:

Release old wounds and stuck energy: Free yourself from emotional and energetic blockages that no longer serve you.
Tap into heightened awareness: Reach expanded states of consciousness that allow you to gain insights into your life’s purpose and inner truths.
Set powerful intentions: Reflect on your experience & integrate what has come through for you during the Breath Sesh.

An Important Message

If you've another breathwork event before and didn’t feel fully held, safe, or supported, we want to reassure you that we are deeply committed to creating the most secure and nurturing environment possible. We’ve specifically set aside 5 hours for this event to allow ample time for reflection and integration. Our Feel It Fully events are capped at 60 participants to ensure the space is manageable and conducive to personal growth.

With this many people in the room, it’s important to understand that emotions and energy will still be flowing strongly. For some, this intensity might feel overwhelming, while for others, it could be the spark for a profound breakthrough. We recognize the different dynamics that come into play and are committed to making sure you have the best possible experience, no matter where you are in your journey.

You can expect to be fully supported by a team of 5-10 facilitators whose primary role is to enhance your sense of safety throughout the experience. If you’ve agreed to receive touch, the facilitators will be there to guide and help you deepen your breathwork. They may offer gentle guidance through spoken words or a light touch to assist you in navigating the journey more deeply.

Parking

There is limited street parking available near the venue. We encourage carpooling or using public transportation when possible to reduce congestion. If you need any assistance with parking or directions, please reach out to us prior to the event.

What to Bring

A journal & pen for intention setting & reflection
Mat and blanket for comfort during the breathwork session (wear loose, comfortable clothing)
Water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the experience

Pre-Event Guidelines

For the best possible experience, please consider the following:

Don’t eat 2 hours before the session: Breathwork can be more challenging if you have a full stomach, so arrive with an empty stomach for optimal comfort.
Set your intentions: Take a few moments before the event to reflect on what you hope to release, heal, or manifest during the session. Setting a clear intention will guide your experience and help you get the most out of your journey.

Event Schedule

10:00am – 11:00am – Intention Setting
We aim to provide as much support & safety for you as possible, so the first hour of the event will be dedicated to settling into the space as we explain the process & set intentions.

11:00am – 1:00pm – Breath Sesh
We’ll start with a slow meditation, then move into a more powerful, dynamic breathwork session that will guide you into altered states of consciousness. This will help you release emotional blockages and access profound insights, ending with a soft & gentle breath to ground back down.

1:00pm – 3:00pm – Integration | Connection | Fruit & Cacao
After the breathwork, we’ll take time to reflect and integrate the experience. This is an opportunity to share your journey, connect with others, and ground the energy through fruit and cacao, which will nourish and restore your body after the deep emotional release.

3:00pm - 3:30pm - Enrolment Opportunity
While the event officially concludes at 3:00pm, for those that feel called, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in the next Breath Sesh Fundamentals course, which focuses on developing your personal practice. As a participant of Feel It Fully, you’ll receive priority enrolment over those on the waitlist, along with a special $250 discount on the course fee.

Who Shouldn’t Attend

This event may not be suitable for individuals who are:

Pregnant
Have cardiovascular issues
Have severe mental health conditions
Have epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recently had surgeries or serious injuries
Taking certain medications that may affect your ability to engage in breathwork

Post-Event Guidelines

For the best possible experience, please consider the following:

Take it easy afterward Try to keep the rest of the day/night free for you to slowly integrate back into the world. Cancel your plans, take the next day off if you can, and spend it in nature, journaling, and processing everything that came up during the event.
