The Ishayas’ Ascension is a simple yet powerful practice that helps you rise beyond the limiting patterns of the mind—such as thoughts, beliefs, and concepts that can sometimes keep you feeling restricted.
Through this practice, you can begin to discover the magic, freedom, and power of life beyond those limitations.
It is a journey of reconnecting with your natural state of Peace, Love, and Harmony.
THE FIRST SPHERE
During the First Sphere course, you’ll be introduced to the art and practice of Ascension in a welcoming and supportive environment. The First Sphere weekend is led by qualified, experienced teachers who are passionate about sharing this life-changing work.
The course is engaging, enjoyable, and designed to inspire growth. Following the weekend, you'll receive an additional six weeks of ongoing support to help you deepen your understanding, refine your practice, and confidently integrate what you've learned into your daily life.
Ascension is unique, contemporary & practical. It can be used by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
During the First Sphere course you will learn four techniques called Ascension Attitudes; which are based on Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. They are effortless to use, yet powerful to practice. Like the thousands of people who have already learned, we are sure you will find the First Sphere course to be easy, simple, relaxing and fun.
FOLLOWING 6 WEEKS
Six weeks following the First Sphere course we will have regular catch ups either as a group or individually to support you in your commitment and experience of using the techniques. You will have every opportunity to experience the benefits, ask questions and enjoy the practice - because thinking about it isn't doing it!
By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self-sufficient practice that will enhance all areas of your life.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Once you have completed the First Sphere course, you are welcome (and encouraged) to repeat it as often as you wish for free.
There are also many resources available including an online portal called "Ascensionline", webinars, instagram and a Facebook groups for daily insperation. Further meetings are also available to attend regularly both online and face to face; plus in person retreats locally & internationally.
As teachers we are committed to supporting you in your Ascension practise however we can.

FAQs
- What to bring to the event?
Please bring a water bottle, notebook, pen and wear comfortable clothing. Though there is seating available at the venue, you may wish to bring your own blanket and cushion for extra comfort. We often go for a walk at lunchtime, so bring shoes you can walk in.
We will have a shared lunch together on the Saturday and Sunday so either bring your own personal lunch or something to share with everyone. We will talk more about this on the Friday evening
- How do I resit a First Sphere for free?
If you have already learned Ascension and would like to resit the First Sphere for free please contact the teachers (contact details below) for a discount code before you register.
- How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
- If I'm coming from out of town is there accomodation?
There are plenty of caravan parks, cabins, motels and AirBnbs in Warragul. If you need any extra help please contact one one of the organisers.
- What if I can't attend the First Sphere course?
Your course fees are 100% refundable up until 7 days before the course (minus any non-refundable third party fees eg credit card fees). You can action this yourself through Humanitix & the Manage Order button on your order confirmation email.
If you need to cancel your participation within 7 days of the course start date, your course fee is non-refundable however it can be transferred to another Bright Path Australia course. Please contact the organisers directly or via the Contact Host button on your order confirmation email.
