    Event description

    We will meet at the Trailhead parking lot and travel as a group so please arrive promptly at 2pm.

    Join us for a mindful forest immersion, where we'll guide you through a series of practices to help you forge a personal connection with nature, with the ultimate goal of improving your health and well-being.

    Some of the key benefits of this are:

    You will be walking or standing for most of this event so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes , dressing in layers and bringing a bottle of water.

    This process will be led by Anne-Therese (A-T) Holistic Energy Practitioner & Nature Healing Facilitator. She creates a safe, accepting & powerful space for self-transformation, healing and expanded awareness.
