A 90 minute break to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in this Guided Meditation Walk, led by certified therapy guide Jodie.
In Japan βforest bathing,β a part of its national health program due to its scientifically backed benefits. Being guided into a state of deep presence and stillness through meditation whilst inside the forest is proven to lower blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and stress hormones. It is much more effective on a persons wellbeing than just going for a regular walk.
