Forest Therapy in the Australian Bush
Description
Join INFTA-certified Forest Therapy Guide Cerae Mitchell for a peaceful, guided Forest Therapy experience in the Australian bush.
Over 3 hours, we’ll slowly make our way around the 1.4-kilometre Stockyard Creek Circuit, with time to pause, sit quietly and take in our surroundings. Along the way, I’ll guide you through a series of simple activities designed to help you slow down, engage your senses and experience the calming and restorative qualities of being in nature.
The session finishes with a simple tea ceremony and time to reflect and share together.
The Stockyard Creek Circuit is an easy, sealed and boardwalk track through the Brisbane Koala Bushlands at Burbank.
