Description

You are invited to join an intimate evening of sound, stillness and space to simply be.

Held within the Nurtured Healing Room.

Reset your nervous system with 45 minutes of soothing sounds and guided meditation.

Let the energy of the week that was be dissolved and be ready to flow on into your weekend chilled out, as we reframe what your Friday night session looks like.
