Friday Social Group (Picnic Edition!)

This event is for transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary people.

TGV Friday Social Group is having a picnic! Park location to be announced via email upon registration. It will be held at a park in Brunswick.

Friday Social Group is designed for trans and gender diverse people who want to connect with other TGD people in a safe, inclusive and affirming environment. Come have a chat, build social connections and do some fun activities!

What to expect: A picnic!

• If you are able, bring a plate of food to share so that we can eat together and have a feast. Please label carefully what is inside your dish.

• Bring picnic rugs and outdoor games! 

• TGV will also provide some snacks and games!

• There will be a space to chill out, play games together (think: giant scrabble, Finksa etc...)

• The group will be facilitated by TGV staff and volunteers. They will be there to guide the conversation and activities. 

• Location to be announced via email before the event.

Who is it for:

• Trans, gender diverse & non-binary folk.

• The group is neurodivergent, POC, and all abilities friendly. 

• Participants must be 16 years and over.

Accessibility:

• The park has a back entrance with a ramp, the paths are all packed stones. 

• There is an accessible bathroom onsite.

• More accessibility info will be sent in email before the event.
