Friends of Music and Performing Arts (FoMPA) Raffle 

Friends of Music and Performing Arts (FoMPA) is an ELTHAM College family-based volunteer group that collaborates with the Arts faculties of the College. Our aim is to support and provide opportunities for student participation and enjoyment of music and performing arts, in line with the objectives of the ELTHAM College Community Association (ECCA) and ELTHAM College.

As part of our fundraising activities to further enhance Music and Performing Arts opportunities for students across the College, FoMPA conducts an annual Raffle. The FoMPA Raffle is a key fundraising event that enables the support of the Music and Performing Arts to grow.

New members are always welcome.

Tickets are available for purchase online or in the Hamer Hall Foyer (House Music, Monday 2 March 2026) and HMPAC Foyer before performances and during interval.

$5 each, or 5 for $20.

Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible for the Major Prize Draw, purchase your tickets by 4.30pm Saturday 15 August 2026.

• The Major Prize Draw will be conducted and announced by FoMPA & the EC Head of Productions at HMPAC – Clarke Auditorium, 1660 Main Road, Research VIC 3095 on closing night of "Les Misérables" Performance on Saturday 15 August 2026.

• All winners will be notified in writing by FoMPA with instructions on how to claim their prize. You will also receive a phone call shortly after the draws are conducted. 

• If your ticket number wins a prize, you have won, regardless of if you miss our call!

  • We will continue to attempt to contact you to advise you of your win. If you do not answer your phone, we will attempt to contact you with the additional contact information you provided when you placed your ticket order. 

  • It is important to note that all prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the applicable draw date.

  • *T&C’s - Music lessons can only be claimed for a member of the winning family. They can not be transferred to other students.

• A complete list of FoMPA Raffle winners will appear on EC Facebook, Family News and Junior School Bulletin.

• All prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the Final Draw date. We will make multiple attempts to contact winners to ensure they have received their prize.

• If the winner does not claim their prize(s) within the specified period, they will forfeit their prize. 

• Unclaimed prize draw - There will be no unclaimed prize draw.
