Girl Becoming

A workshop for girls aged 9yrs - 13yrs to celebrate menstruation and inspire period positivity. 

The 'Girl Becoming' workshop has been thoughtfully put together to gently introduce the girls to the four-phases of their cycle, through the context of 'inner seasons'.

Our hope is to not only change the narrative around menstruation, but to encourage mothers to re-write their own stories, and empower their daughters to see their periods as a super-power!

What to expect:
