Join us for our GCWHNP Connect and Learn event, a vibrant gathering designed exclusively for Women's Health & Wellness Practitioners and supportive industries.

About this Event: Chakradance™
This event features Chakradance™, a healing movement practice. It is an easy, beautiful way to work with your chakras and create opportunities to clear blockages and experience more ease in your life.

Using chakra-resonant music, guided visualizations, and mandala drawing, you will journey through the 7 chakras in this mini-introductory class.

Chakradance™ is for all abilities and has no technical requirement. We move as we feel. We dance (move) with our eyes closed to remain close to our internal world.

There are no dance (movement) steps to learn, no required artistic skills, and no judgement! You move in a way your body feels it needs to.

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Southport Community Centre, 6 Lawson Street, Southport
Price: $20 per person

Attendees are capped at 25 to ensure you all get the benefit of the workshop and the opportunity to mingle.
Dress code: comfortable and able to move easily 

What to bring: yoga mat (if you have one), cushion to sit on, water bottle. Eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own if you wish.

Parking: On-site parking is limited; if you get a park, please ensure you ask us for a parking pass to put on your dash to validate your free parking. Alternate paid street parking is close by, or free parking up to 3 hours in Australia Fair (short walk away)
