Gravel & Flannel '25 is a family friendly gravel cycling festival to be held at the award-winning Holy Red Deer Estate, Esk. Gravel & Flannel '25 will bring gravel riders, their friends and family together in a festival atmosphere with organised and supported rides on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, live music, food, drink, workshops and more. The festival will commence at 1pm on Friday 4 July and run until 3pm Sunday 6 July 2025. Riders, non-riders and children are welcome to come along to the festival.

Accommodation is available at the nearby Esk Caravan Park (accommodation including camping, powered sites, and motel style) with a 2 night minimum stay which has been booked by event organisers but is the responsibility of the participant (not included in ticket price). To book contact the Park on 07 5424 1466 quoting group booking ‘Gravel & Flannel’ and they will arrange your booking and payment. Other accommodation options include the Esk Grand Hotel on 07 5424 1141.

Tickets can be purchased for Adult Riders, Adult Non-Riders and Children (U14) who will participating in the riding activities. Ticket prices are below (does not include GST)

Early Bird tickets will be available from 25 October 2024 until 31 January 2025 or until allocated tickets are sold out

• Adult Rider - $265 + GST (Includes 2 tickets in the Curve Titanium GXR4 Frameset valued at $4,699)
  
• Adult Non-Rider - $175 + GST (Includes 1 ticket in the Curve Titanium GXR4 Frameset valued at $4,699)
• Children (U14) Riding - $50 + GST (Includes 1 ticket in the Curve Titanium GXR4 Frameset valued at $4,699)
  
• Children (U14) Non-Riding - Free

Standard Entry from 1 February 2025 until event or until sold out

• Adult Non-Rider - $200 + GST (Includes 1 ticket in the Curve Titanium GXR4 Frameset valued at $4,699)
• Children (U14) Riding - $50 + GST(Includes 1 ticket in the Curve Titanium GXR4 Frameset valued at $4,699)
  
• Children (U14) Non-Riding - Free

Booking fee is included in the ticket purchase price.
