Event description

Yin Yoga is a beautiful and deeply relaxing practice where postures are supported over bolsters for extended periods of time. The gentle background music and scented pure oils in the beautiful meditation room all support you as you unwind, release deeply held tension and patterns to reduce stress and anxiety. This can greatly improve your health and well-being mentally, emotionally, physically and more.

This ticket includes a 1-hour session per week for 5 weeks.

Jo Bliss is a qualified and experienced teacher of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. With a rich background in education, community services, and kinesiology, she brings a compassionate and holistic approach to everything she does. Jo is a dedicated advocate for peace and well-being, and she shares her message through both her teaching and her work as a professional speaker. She is known for inspiring audiences with her heartfelt talks on cultivating a Blooming Mindset—encouraging personal growth, resilience, and inner harmony.

She also holds a WWC, TAE Training and Assessment, Pol Chk, First Aid, and is available for Workplace Well-being sessions by appointment.
