I'm a passionate and dedicated wellness coach who loves supporting other humans. I believe we can have it all and we can heal ourselves from the inside, out.

I like to help others see their true potential and often this is through our bodies. Using and tapping into our own intuition, learning to read the messages our bodies give us, noticing the way our bodily reacts to certain situations and learning to regulate and calm the body with multiple modalities such as thoughts, breath and through movement .
