Cacao And Breathwork Journey - Small Group - Quinns Rocks  

We will begin with a Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony, allowing you to ground, soften and connect with your inner self.

From there I will guide you through a Conscious Connective Breathwork Journey 

The session will last 2 hours, where I will incorporate Breath, Movement, Conscious Emotional Expression, Bodywork, Sound and Meditation.

This technique is an holistic approach used to Reduce Stress, For Trauma Healing, Increase Body Awareness, Emotional Release, Improve Resilience, Enhance Mental Clarity and to Support Personal Growth.

Please wear something comfortable, bring a water bottle, Blanket for comfort,  Journal if you would like to write about your journey and an open mind. Everything else is provided.

Tickets are $70pp + booking fee

Places are limited to 6 to ensure an intimate and supportive experience, so please book early as this event will book out.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, high glaucoma, retinal detachment, uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant recent physical injury, severe mental illness, seizure disorders or persons using major medication.
