Parenting is Reparenting Yourself (all ages)

Learn to recognise triggers from your children, process unhealed parts, and realign your parenting style with your
authentic values and purpose. 

The workshop is co-facilitated by Susanne North, a certified Family and Wellbeing Coach and Mindfulness and Meditation teacher with over 23 years' experience in family wellbeing along with Sharon Gabriel, who works in community wellbeing and has over 25 years' experience in early childhood and has a profound understanding of living with ADHD.
