I N S P I R E - Breathwork & Cacao

This is not just another event - it is a sacred journey designed to alchemize your body, mind and spirit.

We begin with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony, srtting intentions together before moving into a flow of breathwork, ecstatic dance, meditation and Vibrational healing. Each element is woven into a living tapestry of release, inspiration and renewal.

This event is an invitation to let go, drop in and reconnect with the vivacious self that resides within you, within us. Words can only hint at the experience but you have to feel it to fully understand.

What to know-

Please wear white/light colored clothing. Bring a yoga mat, eye cover and something sacred (if that calls to you). Come on a relatively empty stomach. The exact address with be shared with participants.
