How do you make your learning and teaching values explicit to your students? How do you meet their expectations and ensure they take responsibility for their learning? This seminar will support you to reflect on what you teach, what works and what may not work and how to engage students in their own learning. We will help you to construct your Learning and Teaching Portfolio by starting with a teaching philosophy statement. Through individual, pair and group work, we demonstrate how change-making practices can enhance meaningful learning for students. By being more explicit about different kinds of learning, you can reflect on and develop your innovative ideas to practice.
