Event description

This Intro to Soldering Basics course will give you hands-on experience on how to safely solder most things. We will cover re-attaching wires, soldering PCBs and connecting two wires together, with repair in mind we will show you how you can apply these skills to repair your own objects.

Our qualified electrician Andrew will help you troubleshoot your own projects to continue at home.

The workshop goes for 2.5 hours.

We also operate one of Australia’s only reclaimed steel bike frame manufacturing programs, showcasing circular design in action.

In partnership with frontline agencies, we provide essential household goods to those in need, diverting significant volumes from landfill while building skills, resilience, and community.
