Introduction to Woodworking for Women 3 Week Course

Join us at the Laratinga Community Shed for a 3-week Introduction to Woodworking for Women course.

Facilitated by highly experienced Women’s Shed instructor Rose Squire, this course offers a friendly and supportive environment where participants will learn to safely use a range of woodworking tools.

Throughout the program, you’ll create a variety of projects, perfect for building confidence and practical skills.

Projects will include making a storage rack for the home or shed. We will also cover attaching it to all sorts of different wall surfaces. This knowledge can be applied to lots of other things like hanging picture frames, shelves etc.

All materials are provided.

Participants are asked to please bring their own ear protection and eye protection.

Also participants must wear closed in shoes and clothing appropriate for woodworking.
