Level 22 Chambers invites you to join Ivan Griscti of Level 22 Chambers in reviewing some recent decisions from the High Court of Australia and Full Federal Court of Australia on topics such as proportionate liability, vicarious liability, stay applications in historical claims, notification of circumstances and the Insurance Contracts Act.
