Event description

Re-center. Restore. Reconnect.

Come join us at Arise Counseling & Healing Arts for a transformative experience! Together with the full moon circle, this new moon gathering is one half of a bi-monthly circle series focused on helping women break free from stressful patterns, bring their lives into harmony, and rediscover themselves!

Our Circles offer a safe, intimate space for sharing, healing, and connecting with like-minded women who are ready to remember the power of the feminine. Together, we return to the wisdom of lunar and seasonal living that can guide you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Slow down, drop in, and prioritize your self-care and well-being. Join us to tap into the wisdom of cyclical living to restore balance and create the life you were meant to live! Seating is limited. Reserve your spot now!

New Moon

The new moon is a time of introspection, shedding, stillness, inward reflection, and new beginnings. It is a time to go slowly, to rest and recover, to set intentions, and to nourish ourselves. The dark moon offers an invitation to be in flow instead of force, to honor the shadow and hear its wisdom, to re-align with purpose and intention, and to manifest what longs to be.
New Moon Circle is an opportunity to slow down and let go, to reconnect our deepest selves, to empty what is ready to be released, and to nourish the seeds of possibility in our lives.

What to bring

Yourself, as you are. A willingness to reflect and be curious. An open mind. Beyond that? Whatever you like. A special item to charge at our altar. Layers, if you get hot or cold. If you have a journal that is special to you, please feel free to bring it. If you don’t have one, we’ve got you covered.

What Not to bring

Pets, bad juju, or your germs if you are sick. As we are in a small space and sharing the same air, please be kind and keep your known communicable illness germs at home. Trained and certified service animals are welcome.

What to wear

Please arrive… dressed? In clothes? That’s the only qualification. Whether in your comfiest clothes, or straight from work, the most important thing is that you arrive. You may prefer to come in comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Layers are always a solid choice.
