Held at 'Wildernest' @Koonyum: a gorgeous, light-filled studio, surrounded by stunning mountain forest, 

just 10 mins from Mullum, tar road with easy access!

As the sun spirals its longest dance..

The Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate the light of consciousness 

within ourselves and each other,

 and to reflect upon the potential for consciousness to awaken. 

A time of intensity, renewal and great potential..  expansiveness, fullness, abundance.. 

Can we dance in more sunshine, passion, inspiration and lightness into our journey !

A Summer 🌞 Solstice Mantra

"Today I honor the light and fire of Solstice.

As the wheel of the year turns, so must I.

I seek the balance between light and dark.

As I look back upon the past from where I came, I see what has held me back, and I release it.

I call upon the light and fire to stand witness as I go forth into the next new year cycle.

I am aligned with Source, prepared to complete the work of my soul's highest calling."

Our day together begins.. with cacao in the forest 🌳  to ground in together and give our bodies some yummy heart medicine. We will then dance 💃  a powerful journey, completing it with a restful savasana and then into a sister circle. 

Break for lunch and connection. 

Afternoon, we gather for our lively song circle, with our guest singers, sound healers, musicians, mantra rockstars! ~

Finally, we will complete the day with a fire 🔥 ritual.

MARNIE DEVI HUDSON - dance, yoga, meditation, personal transformation, spirituality is a way of life!

It was through the transformative and liberating nature of Ecstatic Dance, that I discovered an authentic, heart-centred awakening. 

In 2014, Marnie completed her teacher training with Malaika Darville to facilitate 5 ELEMENTS DANCE. Soon after Medicine Dance was born. Ever since, she has been holding Medicine Dance and offerings on local dance floors and private retreats. 

 ABOUT - MEDICINE DANCE 
is a moving dynamic meditation, an ecstatic, somatic, shamanic / free-style dance journey guided by the elements of nature, the elements in ourselves, the elements of life... our interconnection with it ALL. 

Marnie will intuitively guide you with minimal but poignant faciiltation, accompanied by an awesome musical soundscape along with the collective energy of the group for a truely expansive, deeply releasing, transformational, healing and connective dance experience.

This DANCE experience is absolute medicine for our body, heart + soul !

Mid 2020, Marnie turned her practice to an ALL Women's Medicine Dance + Wisdom Circle. With select themes to explore and additional guest co-creators, the full experience offers an opening for a deeper, more wholesome experience. Medicine Dance Sanctuary creates an opportunity for a rich, deeply connected sisterhood to flourish.

Mid 2022, Marnie trained to learn the sacred alchemy of the medicinal magic of CACAO.  Bringing in another element of awakening, transformation and healing to the Medicine Dance Sanctuary.

It is my heart's calling + prayer that this practice of Medicine Dance becomes a blessing of powerful conscious medicine for the individual, the community + our Mother Earth, as a way to create a loving ripple effect in this often chaotic world that needs grounding, unwinding, authentic connection, healing and rebirthing so deeply.
