Experience deep relaxation and connection with nature in a guided meditation by the ocean.
Breathe in the fresh sea air, let the waves soothe your mind, and ground yourself in the present moment.
Afterward, enjoy an optional swim and a warm cup of ceremonial cacao or tea (provided) to nourish your body and soul.

Who is the event facilitator: Hi, I’m Anna, a meditation teacher with a deep love for guiding people into stillness, presence, and a little more magic in their everyday lives. I believe meditation should feel natural, joyful, and even a little adventurous—which is why I’m bringing it to the beach! Join me for a soul-soothing session by the ocean, where we’ll breathe, unwind, and reconnect under the open sky. No experience needed—just come as you are and let the waves do the rest!
What to bring : Yoga mat, water bottle and a cushion or small blanket for your comfort. Bathers and towel for those going for a swim (hopefully all).
Parking : free until 8 am. From the parking walk down to the beach along the path and meet us there.
Please arrive a few minutes earlier for a prompt start at 7.30am
