Join us for an impactful team volunteering experience at FareShare! Help prepare and pack nutritious meals that are distributed free to people in need across Australia.

Shift Options

Meal Preparation & Production Shifts

• Thursday 6.15-8.30pm

Group Size

8–20 volunteers per group. (Smaller or larger groups may be accommodated—please email corporatevolunteering@secondbite.org)

What to Expect

📍 Location: 1–9 South Audley Street, Abbotsford
Your team will receive a warm welcome, a safety briefing, and guidance from our experienced chefs. You'll get hands-on with:

• Preparing, cooking, and packing meals at scale

• Knowing every meal you make goes to someone in need

• We aim to make your experience safe, fun, and rewarding!

Financial Contribution

To help cover the costs of running these sessions, we require a financial contribution:

• Meal Packing Shifts: Financial contribution per group of 8-10 volunteers $1,450 plus GST

•  Financial contribution per group of 11-20 volunteers $2,900 plus GST

• Invoices are issued upon booking, or you can pay by credit card. Payment is required to confirm your session.

Changing or Cancelling Your Shift

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help:

• If it’s more than 30 days before your shift, you’ll get a full refund.

• If it’s 14–30 days out, we’ll refund 50%.

• If it’s less than 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule, as we’ve already started preparing for your session.
