Men's Breathwork Circle 8th November
Event description
CALLING ALL MEN!
Men's Breathwork Circle
Friday 4th OctoberÂ
7pm till 9pm located in Bibra LakeÂ
(located upstairs at Athlete x)
This is a small group and is limited to 4 spots only! This is to ensure safety and support for all that attend.
This is a safe, confidential and sacred space for men to come to and connect with themselves and other men, to share about their experiences and challenges, whilst learning to open up and have space held for them, whilst also holding space for other men and learning to create space for others to express without judgement, advice or interruption. By introducing a full breathwork journey into the circle it gives space and opportunity to do the feeling work and take action around what is shared and what is being facing in life.
So come connect, feel, heal and breath in the medicine of brotherhood and breathwork.
What to expect:
•Short introduction
•Internal check in and grounding exercise.
•Sharing circle
•Most importantly You will be guided through a 60min trauma release breathwork journey also known as Conscious Connected Breathwork paired with facilitated breath repatterning. A dive into your inner world allowing the body to release, process and integrate stored energy, emotions and trauma.Â
Group sessions can be a powerful experience sharing the space with others where vulnerability and honesty are met with compassion, empathy and understanding.
This space is for men looking to connect with likeminded men, to drop into their bodies and out of the mind, to connect with self and their feelings, to let go of stored emotions/trauma and to learn to open their hearts.
