St. Augustine has its share of beautiful beaches complete with sand dunes, lighthouses and piers. It also has great wildlife opportunities. What makes it different, though, is its backdrop of the city and its history
Join David Long in photographing the city of St. Augustine. This workshop is an excellent combination of historic cityscapes and wildlife as well as the amazing Florida sunset and sunrise. Scheduled to coincide with the full moon, we will learning the best practices for positioning and capturing the moon rising over the lighthouse.
We will start in the afternoon by capturing in-flight and nesting birds of Florida. After dinner, shoot sunset on the waterfront and finish with the moon rising over St. Augustine Lighthouse. The next morning will include sunrise on the waterfront and the many attractions in the historic center of Saint including The Bridge of Lions, St. George Street, Castillo de San Marcos, The Great Cross, and Magnolia Avenue.
Cost includes admission to the the Alligator Farm and dinner at Salt Water Cowboys.
