Any staff member, designated by the yellow vests that say 'STAFF', will be able to assist you. There are always staff present at or near our membership booth. Festival volunteers can locate a staff member for you as well, they wear green Arboretum branded vests.

Travel instructions

The festival takes place at Mount Pisgah Arboretum - 34901 Frank Parrish Rd, Eugene, OR 97405. There is no public transport that will take you to the event. Parking for the festival takes place in the West lot (nearest to the Arboretum and the Wildflower Festival) as well as a field we convert to an overflow parking lot located near the North lot. Shuttles are available all day to transport you from the overflow lot to the festival entrance, as well as from the entrance to the overflow lot. Festival volunteers located at the bridge that will direct you to a lot with available parking.

Entry instructions

There is a booth located at the entrance to the festival, just past the shuttle loading area. Volunteers will scan your tickets at the booth and direct you down the short path to the festival. Tickets should be purchased online prior to the event, please have them ready to be scanned by opening them on your phone or having a printed copy. If those options are not reasonable for you, we can also check you in using your name.

After entry instructions

After getting your tickets scanned, follow the gravel path and cross the bridge on your right to enter the festival.

Hazards

The path leading into the festival has a slight slope and is comprised of fine, compact gravel. Most of the vendors are set up on grass. The benches we set up in the seating area are not wheelchair friendly. There is no seating available near the entrance of the festival, seating is located towards the far side near the stage.

Toilet location

Four accessible restrooms are available behind the White Oak Pavilion, where the main wildflower display is held. Two additional accessible restrooms are located near the Festival exit. There is also an accessible restroom in the North parking lot.

Accessible parking

On the day of the Festival we designate 20 accessible spaces (though not officially ADA compliant) near the Festival entrance in the West parking lot. Attendees may also be dropped off at the entrance. If you need accessible parking, please tell the parking attendant at the main entrance bridge so they can direct you to the West parking lot. You do NOT need a Disabled Person Parking Permit in order to access these parking spots.
